We place great importance on ensuring that you, as a user of our services, have the best possible experience. We are continually working to improve and tailor our tools and services, taking into account technological advancements in the market as well as the feedback we receive from our users.
On the 30th of October, we will launch an updated version of My GDQ Management, the platform used by GDQ-certified consultants to create and manage various surveys of team effectiveness. The new version of the platform includes value-driven updates in both design and functionality, with the aim of making it even more structured, user-friendly, and accessible.
New and Updated Features:
- New Home Page – The home page has a new look, offering a clear overview of measurements, folders, groups, and aggregated reports, making it easier to quickly locate relevant information.
- Enhanced Navigation – The platform now has a more streamlined navigation structure, with quick access to the price list, support, and other resources, making it easier for you as a user to find the right tools.
- Create surveys – The process for creating new surveys has been simplified, making it easier for you as a user to add or exclude participants, send invitations, and make adjustments to ongoing surveys.
- Manage Ongoing surveys – The page providing an overview of ongoing, scheduled, or completed surveys now has a clearer structure. Among other improvements, you can copy invitation emails including links and codes, send messages and invitations to new or existing survey participants, and keep track of the survey status.
With these improvements, we hope to add value for you as a GDQ-certified consultant by reducing administration time and making the management of GDQ surveys as effective and intuitive as possible. We also hope that the updates to the platform’s design make it easier to access support materials and resources.
