Launch of aggregated GDQ reports

We are launching the aggregated reports tool in conjunction with this year’s GDQ seminar on 22 September. The tool is suitable for when you want to carry out repeat measurements of a team’s performance, allowing results to be compiled over time, or measurements for multiple teams at selected measurement points.

You choose how many measurement points you want the report to be based on and what measurements to include for the selected measurement points.

The following types of aggregated reports can be generated for GDQ and GDQ Short:

  • Multiple measurements over time for the same team
This report is a useful tool to evaluate whether an intervention for a team has had an effect between two or more measurement points.
  • Measurements for many teams in the same organisation
This report contains information on the average results for teams in the organisation at a selected point in time. This information can be a pointer to the most valuable areas for development for a whole unit or organisation to direct its efforts towards.
  • Multiple measurements over time for many teams in the same organisation
This report provides information on the average results for teams in the organisation at two or more measurement points. Well suited for evaluating interventions aimed at multiple teams in the same organisation.

What aggregated reports contain

The report shows stage diagnosis with average data for each selected measurement point. You can see whether the team has moved from one stage of development to another over time. In the report for GDQ, you obtain a comparison of items in the subscale analysis and are able to see whether the marked areas for development have changed between the measurement points. You can also see whether any change has taken place in estimated productivity and efficiency ratio and how the group’s average results relate to norm data.

What are the requirements in order to use aggregated reports?

You need to be a certified GDQ consultant to be able to create and download aggregated reports. You will find sample reports as well as a guide to creating aggregated reports at My GDQ Management. You can read more about our certifications here.
