Aggregated GDQ Reports

Aggregated Reports make it possible to see the bigger picture of team development — across time, across teams, or across an entire organisation. They compile results from GDQ or GDQ Short into one clear overview, helping you track progress, evaluate interventions, and identify the most valuable areas for growth.

You decide how many measurement points to include and which results to compare. Three common uses are:

  • Multiple measurements over time for the same team
See whether a team has shifted stages of development and evaluate the impact of interventions over two or more measurement points.

  • Measurements for many teams in the same organisation
Get an overview of how teams across the organisation are performing at a given time, highlighting priority areas for development.

  • Multiple measurements over time for many teams
Evaluate the effect of organisation-wide initiatives and interventions by comparing average results for teams across several measurement points.

What’s inside an Aggregated Report?

  • Stage diagnosis with average data for each measurement point

  • Insights into whether teams have advanced from one stage of development to another

  • Comparisons of subscale analysis items to see how focus areas shift over time (GDQ only)

  • Changes in estimated productivity and efficiency rates

  • Group averages in relation to international norm data

Who can use it?
Aggregated Reports are available to certified GDQ practitioners via the My GDQ Management platform, where you’ll also find sample reports and a step-by-step guide.
