The GDQ Certification Program is designed for hands-on learning and real-world application.
- Duration: 3 full training days on-site in Stockholm or Gothenburg, led by experienced GDQ trainers.
- Format: A mix of theory, interactive workshops, and practical exercises. Delivered in a collaborative group setting, where you learn alongside industry peers, exchange experiences, and build valuable professional connections. Prework and assignments in between the sessions are required.
- Real-world practice: During the course, you will conduct a full GDQ measurement on an actual group of your choice. This can be a workplace team, a non-profit committee, a sports club – even a housing association board.
- Group requirement: You will need to identify a group for your measurement project before or shortly after the course begins, so you can apply your learning without delay.
- Guided support: You’ll receive step-by-step instruction on administering the survey, calculating and interpreting the results, and presenting your findings.
- Certification: Upon successful completion, you will be authorized to use the GDQ instrument in your professional practice.
By the end of the program, you won’t just know GDQ – you’ll have already applied it in a real context, giving you the confidence and credibility to start using it immediately.
