In order to administer GDQ, GDQ Short and OSC, you must undertake our certification programme and pass the final examination. The certification course comprises two parts and is available both digitally and physically. The focus of the first part of the certification process is on theory and the research that underpins GDQ. During this segment, you will also be introduced to the tools that are at your disposal once you are certified. The second part of the certification process assumes a more practical dimension as you conduct a genuine GDQ measurement on a working group. The results obtained are then processed, interpreted and presented to the other course participants, or alternatively to the examiner, depending on whether the course is taken digitally or in person.
Our digital course consists of a number of modules and is available in English. Do one module at a time using the course book “Group Processes – A Developmental Perspective” by Susan A Wheelan and a test manual.
The GDQ course, which takes place in a classroom environment, consists of 2 + 2 days. For the first two days, the focus is on the theory and research behind the GDQ.
