For those who are GDQ-certified (the Group Development Questionnaire), there is the opportunity to deepen your knowledge and skills relating to team development.
The course is based on the contents of the book “Teamutveckling i teori och praktik” (Jacobsson & Åkerlund, 2019) and has been designed by Maria Åkerlund and Christian Jacobsson of GDQ Associates AB alongside Jon Erik Børresen from Alaric AS (GDQ Associates’ partner in Norway) in order to offer an enhanced understanding of the use of GDQ, as well as in relation to intervention methods in teams.
